We were founded in 2008 for the sole purpose of providing customers with an easy to use method of immediate consumer (mobile user) contact. Textricity.com offers a unique service that can be used in a multitude of ways. Our goal is to allow our customer to reach out to as many of its current/new customer base with promotions, coupons, notifications, reminders, etc. This communication will is always at an agreed upon quantity and has the goal of providing benefit to the mobile user.
Fees:
Textricity.com will not charge mobile users a premium rate for receiving or replying a text messages. However standard text messaging rates will apply.

Opt-In:
To Opt-In to a program you must text the keyword to 79649. By doing this you are agreeing to receive message from that conent provider for that keyword only. You are also agreeing to a frequency of messages that shall not exceed 2 messages per week not including the initial Opt-In message.
Opt-Out:
To Opt-Out at any time you may text 'STOP' to 79649.

How does textricity.com work?
Textricity.com offers a very unique way to stay in touch with your customer base. You simply collect your customers cell phone numbers and store them in our database. Once you have obtained your customers information you can then send them text messages as a group or individually using keywords (phonelist). These messages can be sent immediately or you can schedule them to be sent as far as a year in advance.
How do I collect my customers cell phone numbers?
There are two ways to collect these numbers. The first and most preferred method is to have your customers text our number with your keyword, this method will automatically add them to your keyword (phonelist) and you can begin sending them messges immediately. The second method is to collect the information from your customers manually by having your customers sign our contract and enter them into our website yourself. Due to our anti-spam policy the customer is then sent a confirmation message and will not be added to your keyword (phonelist) until the customer confirms this message and agrees to our policy.
What are keywords and phonelists?
Keywords can be any word that you would like to use for your campaign. For example if you are a restaurant or bar and would like your customers to join your "Text Club" by texting our number using the keyword "JoesBar" they would use this to join your text club and this is the keyword that you would use to send them informational messages. These messages can entail specials, event notifications, reminders for appointments, etc.
Once I get a keyword, how long can I use it for?
Since keywords have to be unique on our system they are limited. For example only one of our customers can use the keyword "dentist". So, once you secure this keyword it is yours as long as you are a paying member of textricity.com or you decide to delete the keyword from your account.

Is my personal information safe from SPAM related messages?
ABSOLUTELY! Unlike several of our competitors your information and your customers information will NOT be sold or misused. We strictly follow the CAN-SPAM Act which prohibits us from sending mobile messages without your prior approval.
Are there any contracts or obligations?
There are no contracts and obligations. Our service is provided on a monthly basis and once that month is up we have the ability to automatically renew your membership at the same price. Keep in mind that you can cancel at anytime.
Which carriers will textricity.com work with?
Textricity.com will work with ALL major cell phone networks.
Do you offer a trial period?
We offer a 25 message/1 keyword trial for your business. We realize that 25 messages is not much but we know that you will be able to understand the capabilities and the advantages of using textricity.com very quickly. How much does this cost and how do I pay for it?
We have several pricing structures based on message count and keywords that you will no doubtedly find one that fits your needs. We accept all major credit cards. We have the capability of automactic billing each month as well in which you can cancel at any time.
